Kanoodle Extreme

Today I will be reviewing Kanoodle Extreme from Educational Insights.

What it is/ does: With this set, you place some of the pieces according to the instructions, then figure out where to put the other pieces so that they'll fit on the board. Two boards come with this set. One is 2d, and you put the pieces together like a regular puzzle, the other is 3d, and you stack the pieces to create a pyramid. There are 303 puzzles to solve.

Features: This set comes with two boards, twelve pieces, and an instruction manual.

Pros: This set has lots of puzzles, and they increase in difficulty as you go.

Cons: The 2d puzzles start hard, and the level of difficulty doesn't increase as much as it does in the 3d puzzles. Also, I don't quite understand how the 2d sliding puzzles work.

Conclusion: This set is challenging and fun, but it might be best to start with Kanoodle and work your way up to Kanoodle Extreme if this sounds too difficult. So, I will be giving this set 4 and 1/2 stars. For where to buy and current pricing, click here.
